Having the embargo in effect reduces the capability of Sudan to take arms, but then there is this black market too that we don't know. I think that supporting education like &lt;a href="http://emmaacademyproject.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;The Emma Academy Project&lt;/a&gt; and building a school in Leer, Sudan would be better.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">mandino</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 08 Jan 2009 19:48:21 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
